Position Overview :
We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our dynamic team at E-Therapy. In this onsite role, you will provide vital speech and language therapy services to students, assisting them in developing communication skills and overcoming speech and language disorders.
Key Responsibilities :
Conduct thorough assessments of students' speech, language, and communication skills.Develop personalized therapy plans tailored to individual assessment results and student needs.Deliver direct therapy services focusing on areas like articulation, phonology, language comprehension, fluency, and pragmatic skills.Collaborate with teachers, parents, and the educational team to enhance communication goals across all settings.Utilize evidence-based techniques and activities during therapy sessions to foster speech and language growth.Monitor student progress and adapt therapy plans to ensure the best outcomes.Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions, progress reports, and other critical information.Actively participate in IEP (Individualized Education Programs) meetings, providing insights regarding students' communication needs.Qualifications :
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.Experience in providing speech-language therapy in a school or pediatric environment.Knowledgeable in assessment tools and therapeutic techniques used in pediatric speech-language pathology.Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with students, parents, and school staff.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Familiarity with augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) systems and assistive technology is a plus.Benefits :

Physical Requirements :
In this school-based role, you will be regularly required to stand, walk, and move around various areas of the school facility. Effective communication with students, staff, and parents is crucial, and you may need to lift objects up to 25 pounds. Additionally, flexibility to bend, stoop, kneel, or crouch is required.
