Pay Range : $37.50 - $56.25

Unit Overview :

As a member of our 24-bed Neurosurgical Unit, you will care for patients with :

• Post-operative craniotomies, spinal surgeries, and more.
• High volume of stroke patients as part of our Comprehensive Stroke Program.
• Exposure to the latest neurosurgical techniques through the Aurora Neuroscience Innovation Institute (ANII).

Your Responsibilities :

• Deliver comprehensive, evidence-based patient care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Utilize the nursing process to plan and implement individualized care strategies.
• Promote safety and enhance patient learning experiences.
• Actively coordinate discharge planning with a focus on patient-centered care.
