Your Role as an ER / ICU Registered Veterinary Technician As a vital member of our ER / ICU team, you’ll play a hands-on role in supporting compassionate, high-quality care for critically ill and emergent patients. This position is ideal for a compassionate, highly skilled, and curious individual who thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments and wants to make a difference every single day. You’ll use your expertise to : Triage and stabilize emergencies, manage hospitalized ICU cases, and assist with procedures such as catheter placement, laceration repair, oxygen therapy (including high-flow), thoracocentesis, and so much more! Requirements Required : Current RVT License and Registration with DORA. Preferred : College (AS / BS / BA). Preferred : Minimum of 1 years' experience as an RVT, preferably in an ER or ICU setting. Preferred : BLS / ALS CPR certifications. Schedule Typical schedule : 4 x 10-hour shifts or 3 x 12- hour shifts (based on primary ER or ICU) Work Environment & Physical Demands This role is physically active and fast-paced.
