Join our Internal Float Pool where you'll gain experience across various departments, including ED Boarding, Medical-Surgical, Telemetry, and ICU support. Each shift offers you the chance to expand your clinical skills.

Licenses & Certifications : You must hold a Registered Nurse license issued by the state and have Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).

Required Degrees : Completion of an accredited nursing program.

Required Experience : Typically requires at least 1 year of clinical nursing experience.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities : You should demonstrate skills in communication, organization, and problem-solving while fostering collaboration within your team.
