Creative Strategy Director

Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Director, Creative Strategy for our client, a dynamic and culture-forward marketing agency that partners with some of today’s most ambitious and celebrity-backed DTC brands. This position is onsite in Miami, FL (preferred) with flexibility for remote candidates.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Director, Creative Strategy will lead the intersection of creativity, culture, and performance for high-profile consumer brands. This role calls for an experienced creative leader who can inspire teams, guide brand strategy, and represent the agency confidently in executive and celebrity settings. The ideal candidate blends design instincts, storytelling expertise, and a data-driven mindset to deliver campaigns that are both premium and performance-driven.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Act as the creative lead in high-level client and celebrity meetings, guiding strategic conversations and vision alignment.

• Develop campaign strategies that bridge cultural relevance and measurable business impact.

• Oversee creative execution across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other key platforms.

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Creative Strategists, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.

• Ensure all creative work reflects premium design standards and aligns with brand identity.

• Stay ahead of emerging trends to position clients at the forefront of culture and innovation.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven success in creative or strategic roles within marketing or creative agencies.

• Exceptional client communication and presentation abilities, with confidence in high-stakes environments.

• Strong creative judgment and design sensibility, delivering high-quality, performance-driven campaigns.

• Experience managing teams and leading cross-functional creative initiatives.

• Strategic mindset with the ability to balance brand storytelling and data-backed performance marketing.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

This full-time role offers a competitive salary in the $135,000–$150,000 range, plus a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision coverage, unlimited PTO, and additional company wellness and professional development perks.
