Encore Talent Solutions is currently seeking a Desktop Support Specialist for a position located ONSITE in Cincinnati, OH. This position is estimated to be a 6 month contract position.
We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Desktop Support Specialist to provide end-user support across our organization. The ideal candidate will bring technical expertise, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to deliver white-glove service to ensure an exceptional user experience.
Responsibilities :
- Provide technical support for Windows 10 / 11 and Mac iOS systems, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Support and administer Microsoft Teams, including collaboration features, troubleshooting, and user onboarding.
- Deliver O365 support (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive, SharePoint) and resolve issues related to email, productivity, and collaboration tools.
- Provide timely and efficient email support, ensuring seamless communication across platforms.
- Utilize ServiceNow to track, manage, and resolve incidents, service requests, and escalate issues as required.
- Maintain accurate documentation of troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and recurring issues to improve efficiency.
Qualifications :
Proven experience in desktop support or IT helpdesk roles.Strong knowledge of Windows 10 / 11 and Mac iOS environments.Hands-on experience with Microsoft Teams and Office 365 suite.Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms.Excellent customer service and communication skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality, user-friendly support.Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Encore Talent Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
