Virtual Assistant

The client is a real estate company that specializes in assisting both buyers and sellers of single-family homes. The company is dedicated to providing personalized service, expert market guidance, and a seamless experience throughout every stage of the home buying or selling process.

Job Description :

Post pre-made content across various social media platforms

Conduct online research as needed to support daily tasks

Use Google and other tools to gather relevant information

Assist with email communications and mailings

Compile and organize information found online that's relevant to the business

Adapt to varying daily tasks based on business needs

Must Haves :

Residency in the Philippines. Open to Filipinos ONLY.

Experienced in performing administrative assistant duties.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

Capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently and professionally.

Nice to Haves :

Content editing experience is a plus

Home Office Requirements :

Perfectly working headset and webcam

Stable internet connection of at least 25 Mbps ~ 50 Mbps

Up to date computer system with a minimum of Windows 10 or later and macOS Monterey (12.0) or later

Quiet room with no distractions or background noises

A backup plan if the power goes out or if your internet connection becomes unstable during your shift
