Primary Responsibilities of the Cash Applications Specialist

Process daily cash applications, ensuring same-day posting of all lockbox, ACH, and manual payments.

Reconcile bank transactions with customer accounts using remittance and deposit details.

Research and resolve unapplied or unidentified payments in coordination with customers and internal credit teams.

Prepare daily check deposits and maintain accurate records of transactions.

Assist with account reconciliations, variance analysis, and posting tie-outs.

Qualifications for the Cash Applications Specialist

2-5 years of experience in cash applications, AR, or accounting support.

Experience with ERP systems (P21, Syteline, or similar preferred).

Experience with Salesforce or HighRadius cash automation tools a plus.
