Holman is currently accepting applications for the position of Manager- Operations Engineering.

Primary Tasks :

• Serve as the lead interface to achieve organizational excellence and directs operations and deliverables within Engineering Department.
• Develop and implement departmental planned short and long-term goals and objectives.

• Utilize standard tools for solid modeling FEA analysis and Auto CAD design.
• Manage multiple project life cycles effectively and efficiently.
• Segregate and assign costs to projects.
• Collaborate with other functional areas to initiate product development establish project priorities schedules and budget parameters.
• Lead product design from design to execution.
• Recommends methods materials and layouts for improvement based on manufacturing needs and capabilities.
• Develop and leads engineering procedures and methods to ensure quality standards are met and maintained.
• Provides engineering expertise in the areas of tooling prints specifications product maintenance and raw materials.
• Responsible for mentorship evaluations conflict resolution and recognition of the staff to maintain highly motivated and engaged employees.
• Ensure products meet regulating agency approvals and requirements.
• Keep abreast of technological changes and developments in the field.
• Ensure the Engineering Department meets and exceeds business goals while employing industry best practices and ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of organizational commitments.
• Participate in major customer reviews program discussions and technical evaluations.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

Pay :

We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills experience relevant education or training and geographic location starting in the range of $120730.00 - $187130.00 USD annually for full time employees. The annual compensation range is comprised of base pay and bonus earnings.
