We’re looking for an experienced and driven Restaurant General Manager in Mesa, AZ , to lead our high-volume team with a focus on exceeding guest expectations and developing a strong team.

Job Qualifications :

• 3-4 years of previous restaurant managerial experience required.
• Proven background managing high-volume operations ($5M+ annual sales).
• 2-4 years of experience in bar / restaurant environments with heavy guest turnover.
• Possess mandatory certifications including Liquor License and Food Manager Certificate.
• Strong bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish are a plus.
• Flexibility to work late nights, holidays, and weekends with increased hours during peak seasons.
