About the Position

LocumJobsOnline is working with Barton Associates to find a qualified Family Practice MD in Wisconsin!

We are seeking a Family Practice Physician for a 65-day locum tenens assignment with our client in Wisconsin. This opportunity starts Dec 15, 2025, and offers a full-time schedule of day shifts, Monday through Friday, from 8am to 4 : 30pm. The assignment will focus on comprehensive care duties including daily infirmary rounds, sick call, and consults in a correctional or urgent care setting.

Responsibilities and Duties

Conduct daily infirmary rounds in the morning

Perform rounding in restricted housing units

Manage sick call visits

Complete physicals, emergency consults, and admissions consults

Perform charting and documentation

Make referrals as needed

Review EMR queue, lab results, and x-rays

Additional Information

Wisconsin medical license required

Board certification in Family Medicine required

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required

Urgent care or correctional healthcare experience preferred
