Requirements

TX RN License or xcompact License required

ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, PALS, TNCC Certifications required

Minimum 2years of experience required

Previous charge nurse experience required

Special requirements :

• ER RN must be capable of functioning in the charge role as needed.
• When serving as charge nurse, the RN will also be expected to take a patient assignment.
• The RN must be able to work either as the triage nurse or with a full patient load, depending on departmental needs.
