Key Responsibilities
Evaluate customer interactions for compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements
Participate in and occasionally lead calibration sessions for evaluation consistency
Analyze quality observations to identify trends and recommend process enhancements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Two or more years of experience in quality assurance or relevant subject matter expertise
Knowledge of Provider Enrollment and experience collaborating with operations teams
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with quality platforms
