A day in the life of a Footwear Developer II at Altra looks a little like this.
The Footwear Developer II will be responsible for driving the development, engineering, fit, margin adherence and specifications for new and existing Footwear from Final Design Review to Commercialization with a focus on Project based management. Drive footwear product development from seasonal kickoff to confirmation for production. You will be responsible for collaborating with and supporting overall footwear cross-functional teams to create best in class performance footwear. You will do this by focusing on footwear best practices / standards, fit and comfort, providing technical solutions, building product at cost and ensuring product quality.

Hiring Range : $73,440.00 USD - $91,800.00 USD annually
Incentive Potential : This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential. Specific details of the additional compensation eligibility for this position will be provided during the recruiting and interview process.
