PXD is seeking an IT Analyst / Agile Lead to join the team that supports our ever-evolving SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. We are looking for self-motivated individuals who are passionate about designing robust maintainable and innovative solutions to software and user interface needs. Responsibilities include facilitating Agile processes ensuring the Scrum framework is followed while coaching teams to deliver high-quality results. Specific Job Responsibilities :

• Facilitate Scrum Events : Organize and lead scrums sprint planning reviews and retrospectives to ensure effective communication and collaboration within the team.
• Remove Obstacles : Identify and eliminate impediments that hinder the teams progress enabling them to focus on delivering value.
• Coaching and Mentoring : Guide team members in understanding and implementing Agile principles and the Scrum framework fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Collaboration with Stakeholders : Work closely with the Product Owner and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and priorities.
• Monitor Progress : Track the teams progress against project goals and help manage timelines to ensure timely delivery of high-quality work.
• Protecting the Team : Shields the team from outside interruptions and distractions allowing them to focus on their work. This includes managing stakeholder expectations and ensuring that the team has a conducive environment for productivity.
• Facilitating Communication : Ensuring clear communication between the Scrum team Product Owner and other stakeholders is crucial. The IT Analyst / Agile Lead helps maintain transparency regarding the teams progress and challenges often using tools like burn-down charts and product backlogs.
• Promoting a Culture of Accountability : Fosters a culture of accountability within the team encouraging team members to take ownership of their tasks and collaborate effectively to meet project goals.
• Continuous Improvement : Promote a mindset of continuous learning and improvement encouraging the team to reflect on their processes and outcomes regularly.

Lead projects through effective communication with peers customers and management.

Independently consult with clients and analyze current PXD Business Applications needs and services.

Requires a Q clearance; however all qualified candidates will be considered regardless of their current clearance status. The ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Energy Q clearance is required.

Position may require entry into Materials Access Areas (MAA) and participation in the Human Reliability Program (HRP). If HRP is required candidate must complete a counterintelligence-scope polygraph pursuant to 10 CFR 709. Medical requirements may apply.
