Job Description:

• Other duties as assigned Operates company vehicle as needed. Performs repairs to building in a competent, neat, and workmanlike manner.
• Identifies proper tools for tasks and consults appropriate personnel for any uncertainties.
• Ensures work area is clean and free of debris upon completion of repairs. Ensures materials are available and on-hand prior to starting repairs.
• Accurately completes and submits work orders and preventive maintenance tasks daily.
• Completes all Life Safety preventive maintenance tasks and work orders within one month of assignment at a 95% completion rate.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Able to communicate in English. [Required]

• Basic computer skills [Required]

Education:

• High School/Equivalent grad OR 5+ years experience general facility maintenance [Required]

Licenses and Certifications:

• Driver's License (DL) [Required]

Pay Range:

$19.84 - $36.89
