Mason Title Escrow Assistant, Residential

Job Title

Mason Title & Escrow Company is seeking an individual to assist with various title processing duties.

Responsibilities

The duties include :

• Answering phones, greeting customers, keeping track of daily duties.
• Ordering surveys, payoffs, estoppels, and other curative related items.
• Developing and maintaining good working relations with customers, as well as the policies and goals of Mason.
• Supporting the closing team to ensure all documents are prepared in a timely manner.
• Handling other duties or special projects as assigned by the manager.
• Beginning stages of completing settlement statements.
• Ability to read title commitment and clear requirements to issue title insurance policy.
