Quality Administrator

Role Overview

As a Quality Administrator, you'll support the implementation and validation of quality systems aligned with AS9100 & ISO 9001 standards. You'll help drive consistency, compliance, and continuous improvement across operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain SOPs and process documentation
  • Support internal audits and readiness activities
  • Analyze data to improve quality and efficiency
  • Assist with MRP system setup and validation
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure on-time delivery

What You Bring

  • Experience in quality assurance or surface finishing
  • Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Office and SPC platforms
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • High school diploma required; engineering degree preferred

  • No travel required
  • Office-based with occasional exposure to shop conditions
  • Must meet ITAR requirements (U.S. persons only)
