Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced National Business Development Representative to spearhead outbound prospecting and lead generation across the U.S. This role is ideal for someone who understands B2B sales within the construction, contracting, or building maintenance industries and has a proven record of building relationships through online channels.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct daily outbound prospecting through LinkedIn, email, and direct messaging to identify and qualify commercial roofing opportunities.

Research and contact property owners, facility managers, REITs, and corporate decision makers.

Manage the outreach pipeline and coordinate virtual meetings for our executive and estimating team.

Build partnerships with national property management groups, franchise operators, and facility maintenance firms.

Utilize CRM systems to track progress, report KPIs, and manage communication cadences.

Develop strategic partnerships that lead to multi-property or recurring service contracts.

Qualifications

5–10 years of proven experience in business development, B2B sales, or lead generation (preferably in roofing, contracting, or commercial services).

Expert-level knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and cold outreach automation.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.

Track record of meeting or exceeding appointment-setting and revenue targets.
