Job Summary Details : The Autoclave Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of autoclave equipment used to sterilize production materials, tools, and equipment in compliance with cGMP standards.

Pay : $17-$18 per hour, dependent on experience The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data. Location : Pearland, TX 77047 Benefit Information :

Basic Qualifications :

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • No experience required and on the job training provided
  • No high school diploma, GED or college degree required

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Aseptic, GMP, and / or sterile processing experience highly preferred
  • Customer service experience
  • 1 year of similar work experience Responsibilities :
  • Operate, monitor, and maintain autoclave systems to sterilize equipment, components, and materials.
  • Prepare materials for sterilization, ensuring proper packaging, labeling, and documentation.
  • Perform routine checks and validation of autoclave cycles to ensure compliance with SOPs and regulatory standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of sterilization activities, including batch records and equipment logs.
  • Troubleshoot and report equipment malfunctions or deviations to maintenance and quality teams.
  • Collaborate with production and quality assurance teams to ensure timely availability of sterile materials.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols, including the use of PPE and handling of biohazardous materials.
  • Participate in audits, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support training of new operators and contribute to a culture of compliance and safety.
