HumCap's client, a leading provider of technology solutions for the hospitality industry, is seeking a Sales Engineer for their team. The Sales Engineer plays a critical role in bridging the gap between technical product offerings and customer needs. This position involves working closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to deliver tailored solutions that address client requirements and support the successful deployment of our client technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and design effective our client solutions that fit business needs.
• Lead technical presentations and product demonstrations for clients, articulating the value and capabilities of our client products and services.
• Develop and deliver technical proposals, statements of work, and solution architectures.
• Serve as a technical expert throughout the pre-sales and post-sales process, including solution design, deployment, and troubleshooting.
• Work with product management and engineering teams to relay customer feedback and contribute to product enhancements.
• Assist in the onboarding, configuration, and integration of solutions at client sites.
• Provide technical training and support to clients and internal teams as needed.
• Stay current with industry trends, competitive products, and emerging technologies relevant to our client’s offerings.
