We are hiring for an Online Product Support Specialist! In this full time, contract opportunity, you'll provide product and technical support to users of online payroll and online reports. Position Details:
- Full time, contract
- M-F schedule
- Provides product and technical support to users
- Answers inbound calls and emails in a call center environment
- Provides problem analysis and resolution
- Maintains knowledge of all features of Online Services applications
- A minimum of 2 years in call center client service or technical support environment
- AAS or BA/BS degree in IT Business or related field preferred
- US citizen or permanent resident status
- Successful completion of a drug screen and background check
- 3 professional references
