The Mold Operator is responsible for operating injection molding and auxiliary equipment to effectively run, verify quality, assemble, and package polymer insulators on production lines. The Mold Operator will work in a clean, highly automated, and continuous improvement manufacturing environment. The role will also include assembly. The Mold Operator will report to the respective Shift Supervisor and be part of a great culture and team.

Schedule : M-F 11pm-7am

We are looking for reliable, safety-oriented potential who have great teamworking skills (our operations require tremendous teamwork, communication, and cooperation). You may have a background or training in manufacturing, machine operation, or any sort of “hands-on” process-oriented operation (food service, construction, etc). We can Looking to train a highly motivated and reliable candidate, with or without even if they have limited to no experience. Regardless of your current work experience, most importantly, you need to be dependable!
