Treatment Planning : Develop and implement individualized therapy plans that foster client engagement, growth, and well-being. Therapy Sessions : Facilitate regular therapy sessions using evidence-based techniques to help clients overcome challenges and enhance their quality of life. Collaboration : Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and holistic care. Masters or Doctorate in Psychology, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or a related field. Full state licensure (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist) in the applicants respective state. Experience and comfort working with children, adolescents, and adults . Proven ability to work with clients from diverse backgrounds and with a range of mental health conditions. Strong critical thinking, communication, and active listening skills. Passion for empowering clients and promoting mental wellness.
