We are expanding our team and seeking a skilled Licensed & Certified Pharmacy Technician with compounding experience to join our growing operation.
Position Summary
The Licensed Certified Pharmacy Technician – Compounding Lab plays a key role in the preparation of sterile and / or non-sterile compounded medications. This role requires strict adherence to USP guidelines, exceptional attention to detail, and strong organizational skills to ensure the safety and accuracy of all compounded products.
Responsibilities
- Prepare sterile and / or non-sterile compounded medications in accordance with USP

guidelines (as applicable).
Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), formulations, and batch record requirements.Measure, weigh, and mix ingredients with precision using appropriate compounding tools and equipment.Perform labeling, packaging, and final preparation of compounded prescriptions.Maintain cleanliness and compliance in compounding areas, including hood certifications, environmental monitoring, and routine cleaning protocols.Manage inventory of chemicals, supplies, and equipment; report shortages or discrepancies.Assist pharmacists in quality assurance activities, documentation, and recordkeeping.Demonstrate full compliance with state pharmacy regulations, accreditation standards, and company policies.Support a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.Qualifications
Active state Pharmacy Technician License (required).Minimum 1–2 years of compounding experience preferred (sterile or non-sterile).Knowledge of USPstandards and compounding best practices.
Strong mathematical competency and the ability to follow detailed procedures accurately.Excellent communication skills, reliability, and professionalism.Ability to stand for extended periods and perform tasks requiring manual dexterity.Why Join Us?
