We're looking for a Repair Technician / Technical Support Specialist to troubleshoot, analyze, and repair electronic products. You'll provide top-notch technical support and innovative solutions to our customers.

Key Responsibilities :
- Provide technical support to customers
- Perform repair, service, and evaluation activities
- Issue and manage RMAs
- Investigate customer complaints and nonconformities
- Collect and evaluate data to improve support processes
- Develop process documentation and work instructions
- Maintain inventory control of repair components and tools
- Recommend system / product upgrades
Requirements
Required :
Technical AS Degree / training or equivalent experienceUnderstanding of electronics principles and designMechanical and electrical aptitudeFamiliarity with industrial communication protocols (Analog, Modbus, BACnet, Wireless, Relay logic)Proficient in Microsoft Office SuiteDetail-oriented with strong communication skillsAbility to understand wiring diagrams and schematicsProficiency with tools (soldering equipment, multimeters, etc.)Preferred :
Knowledge of HVAC, Security Systems, Fire Alarms, Building ControlsUnderstanding of sensor technologies (Electrochemical, Catalytic Bead, Infrared, Solid State)Benefits :
