The Team You Will Join
The Voluntary Permanent Life ( VPL ) billing team services the payroll deduction programs for employers who offered individual life insurance products sold to individual employees at the “worksite.” Our employers have as few as 5 to more than 50,000 employees. We have shared customers across all market segments, Small Market, Mid-Large Market, and National Accounts, as well other Voluntary Benefit plans.
The Opportunity
The Billing Analyst is responsible for providing billing administration and solutions to MetLife group customers. You will be responsible for the overall customer experience and delivering service excellence.
Success in this role requires strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, along with strong mathematical and problem-solving skills. The Billing Analyst is responsible for managing 50-100 customer bills. You’ll collaborate closely with internal partners from service, IT and remittance services in an environment where every contribution is respected, and every perspective is heard.

The expected salary range for this position is $46,100 - $61,500. This role may also be eligible for annual short-term incentive compensation. All incentives and benefits are subject to the applicable plan terms.
