Inventory Control Specialist
Herzog Wine Cellars is currently seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to manage and maintain accurate inventory levels throughout the warehouse. This role is responsible for ensuring all dry goods and finished goods are properly stocked, organized, and stored in designated areas to support efficient warehouse and production operations. The Inventory Control Specialist assists in multiple areas of the warehouse, including shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment, as needed. Overtime may be required to meet operational demands.
What You'll Do :
- Maintain accurate inventory records for all dry goods and finished goods, identifying discrepancies and replenishing inventory as needed
- Organize and manage warehouse inventory to ensure proper storage and accessibility
- Transport dry goods from off-site facilities to the warehouse
- Safely operate a forklift and other warehouse equipment as required
- Maintain detailed logs of products, supplies, and inventory movements
- Provide daily transactional hand-off of dry goods to the bottling / production line
- Assist with preparing distributor and internal orders for shipment
- Support shipping and receiving operations, special projects, and other warehouse functions as assigned
- Follow all departmental policies, procedures, and operational standards
- Conduct all work in compliance with OSHA regulations and safety standards
- Promote a safe, efficient, and organized warehouse environment.

Compensation : Salary range between $22.00 - $24.00 hourly. Compensation will be determined by a number of factors including educational background and experience.
