Key Responsibilities of the Healthcare Call Center Representative :
Manage a high volume of inbound calls, providing accurate information and empathetic support to members
Assist with Tier 1 inquiries and escalate complex issues to Tier 2 when necessary
Document all interactions accurately and maintain adherence to schedule standards
Qualifications and Skills for the Healthcare Call Center Representative :
Previous customer service experience
Call center experience preferred; healthcare or medical claims experience is a plus
Comfortable working on the phone and computer for the entire shift
Empathetic and positive attitude with active listening skills
Ability to adapt to different situations and maintain patience under pressure
