We are seeking a Data Scientist with strong expertise in analytics, machine learning, and data engineering to support and optimize our end-of-the-end supply chain. This role will combine advanced modeling with hands-on data architecture and cloud technologies to deliver scalable insights that drive business impact.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and deployment of data science solutions that improve supply chain forecasting, inventory management, logistics, and network efficiency.

Manage and optimize data architecture across platforms including Google BigQuery, GCP, and SQL Server to ensure data integrity, scalability, and accessibility.

Partner with IT, SC leadership, Finance, analytics and operations team to design robust ETL pipelines and ensure high-quality, well-structured datasets for analytics.

Build and maintain demand forecasting, labor planning, and transportation optimization models that improve accuracy and reduce costs.

Conduct network / scenario modeling and simulations to support decisions on distribution center design, sourcing, transportation routing, and capacity planning.

Automate reporting and develop scalable dashboards for supply chain performance monitoring.

Mentor junior analysts and provide guidance on modeling, coding, and data engineering best practices.

Translate complex business problems into analytical frameworks, delivering clear, actionable insights to executives and operational leaders.

Stay current with advancements in cloud computing, data architecture, and supply chain analytics.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or master's degree in data science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.

3- 5 years of experience in data science or advanced analytics, with direct exposure to supply chain or operations analytics. 5+ years preferred

Proficiency in Python, R, and SQL; strong experience with BigQuery, GCP, and SQL Server.

Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks (Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, XGBoost).

Knowledge of data architecture, ETL processes, and cloud-based data platforms.

Strong understanding of forecasting, optimization, simulation, and statistical modeling in a supply chain context.

Experience building and deploying dashboards in Tableau, Power BI.

Proven ability to manage projects, mentor junior team members, and collaborate cross-functionally.
