Associate I, Public Health
The Associate I, Public Health supports the administrative functions of the public health team for operations, programs, projects, service providers, and finance. Support includes the prompt payment and adherence to payment terms, maintaining positive working relationships with suppliers and service providers, and the provision of logistical support to our global fleet. This position requires understanding of accounts payable processes, vendor logistics support, and data management.
The Associate I, Public Health works closely with both shipboard and shoreside public health teams and stakeholders.
This role supports the four North American brands with approximately 65+ ships carrying over 10 million guests annually and employing over 100,000 team members.
Essential Functions
Completes tasks and processes including administrative support, vendor scheduling, invoice processing, and data entry and management.
Codes, records and reviews departmental invoices in the accounts payable systems according to policy.
Supports ad-hoc and non-recurring projects while still satisfying requirements of regular daily assignments.

Physical Demands : Must be able to remain in a stationary position at a desk and / or computer for extended periods of time.
Travel : No or very little travel likely
Work Conditions : Work primarily in a climate-controlled environment with minimal safety / health hazard potential.
This position is classified as "in-office." As an in-office role, it requires employees to work from a designated Carnival office in South Florida Tuesday through Thursday each week. Employees may work from their homes on Mondays and Fridays. Candidates must be located in (or willing to relocate to) the Miami / Ft. Lauderdale area.
