Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Roof Mechanic to join our skilled commercial roofing team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with multiple roofing systems, strong attention to detail, and takes pride in performing safe, high-quality work.

Responsibilities

Install, repair, and maintain commercial roofing systems (EPDM, TPO, PVC, Modified Bitumen, BUR, and Metal).

Diagnose and repair roof leaks efficiently and accurately.

Operate hand and power tools safely and correctly.

Maintain clean and organized work areas.

Ensure all work meets or exceeds OSHA and manufacturer standards.

Communicate effectively with foremen, project managers, and team members.

Travel to job sites as needed (per diem provided).

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of commercial roofing experience required.

Knowledge of low-slope roofing systems.

Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs. and work safely at heights up to 60 ft.

Valid driver's license

Strong work ethic and reliability required.

Compensation & Benefits

Pay : $22-$30 per hour (based on experience).

Weekly pay schedule.

Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance (after 90 days).
