About Us
We are a mission-driven ABA Therapy organization dedicated to improving the lives of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and supporting families through high-quality, compassionate, evidence-based care. We partner with pediatricians, psychologists, schools, daycares, and community organizations to ensure children receive timely and effective support.
We are expanding our presence in the Charlotte area and are looking for a dynamic, relationship-focused Sales Representative to grow our referral network.
Position Summary
The Sales Representative will be responsible for building, maintaining, and expanding relationships with referral sources—including pediatricians, psychologists, clinics, daycares, schools, and other child-serving professionals. This is an in-person, community-focused role requiring regular travel throughout the Charlotte region.
Your goal: increase awareness of our ABA Therapy services and establish strong referral partnerships that connect families to early intervention support.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and strengthen partnerships with pediatricians, psychologists, developmental specialists, daycares, schools, and related service providers
Conduct in-person visits, lunch-and-learns, presentations, and community outreach activities
Educate referral sources on our ABA Therapy services, intake process, and clinical approach
Track outreach activities, leads, and referral outcomes
Represent the company at community events, conferences, and networking opportunities
Collaborate with the clinical and administrative team to ensure high-quality referral follow-through
Maintain a positive, professional presence on behalf of the company in the Charlotte community
Qualifications
Prior experience in healthcare sales, medical outreach, community relations, or similar roles
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable cold-calling and visiting offices
Ability to build trust with medical and educational professionals
Knowledge of ABA Therapy, behavioral health, autism services, or pediatric healthcare (preferred but not required—training provided)
Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable managing a field-based role
Valid driver’s license and consistent access to reliable transportation
