Compensation and Benefits

Anticipated Hiring Salary Range : $5858.67 - $6416.67 per month

• This is a full-time exempt position.

The Fresno State Athletic Corporation provides a comprehensive benefit package that includes medical dental and vision plans participation in the California Public Employees Retirement System (CalPERS) and sick and vacation time. Job Summary

Under the general supervision of the Associate Athletic Director for Student-Athlete Services the Director will provide academic support for assigned student-athletes from multiple sports with a specific focus on Football. The Director is responsible for understanding and interpreting relevant University NCAA and Conference policies to provide academic graduation eligibility career and personal advising for student-athletes. The individual in this position will provide regular academic and athletic eligibility progress reports to coaching staff assist with study hall services and provide academic and eligibility information to prospective student-athletes and parents. The Director will provide general support for the Student-Athlete Services office to include new employee training oversight serve in a leadership role within the SAS office and serve as a campus relations liaison.
