Accounts Receivable Representative

A company is looking for a Call Center Representative - Accounts Receivable.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor customer accounts daily to identify aged receivables and contact customers for payment

Keep detailed records and reporting on collection activity including updating systems and trackers

Receive in-bound AR related calls and resolve billing issues

Required Qualifications

High School graduate or equivalent

18 years or older

Previous customer service experience

Experience with outbound calls or collections is valuable

Tech savvy with the ability to operate in a variety of systems
