Seeking a skilled Registered Nurse in the Intensive Care Unit ( ICU ) in South Carolina . Joining a team providing high-quality care to critically ill patients with life-threatening conditions. The RN monitors patient conditions, administers treatments, and collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to develop and execute patient care plans.

Pay : $70,311 - $91,343

Schedule : Night Shift

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide comprehensive care to critically ill patients, including those requiring ventilators, life support, or complex monitoring.
• Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions, including vital signs, neurological status, and responses to treatments.
• Work closely with physicians, respiratory therapists, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals to create and implement individualized care plans.
• Serve as a patient advocate, ensuring patient needs and concerns are addressed effectively.
