Summary

We are seeking a motivated, compassionate, and open-minded General Dentist who is willing to embrace the best practices of Western dentistry along with biologically compatible dental protocols and materials.

This part-time Associate position has the potential to develop into full-time employment. Our practice is mercury-free and fluoride-free, operating as a Biological (Holistic) dental office.

We have a busy practice, averaging 10-15 patients daily, and we are available for patient care from Tuesday to Friday for both Dentistry and Hygiene. The schedule for a new Associate can be flexible.

Responsibilities :

• Provide thorough dental examinations and assessments to diagnose oral health conditions.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that consider patients' needs and preferences.
• Perform a variety of dental procedures, including but not limited to fillings, crowns, inlays, simple and surgical extractions, bone grafts or Platelet-Rich Fibrin (PRF), scaling and root planning (SRP), gingivectomy, Invisalign, etc...
• Utilize Dentrix dental software for patient management and medical documentation.
• Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Ensure adherence to aseptic techniques and infection control protocols during all procedures.
• Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and other staff members to provide comprehensive patient care.
