• Join a group of two physicians, and one NP (looking to add an additional APRN)
• Largely clinical position with some blocked time for meetings and committee responsibilities
• Monday-Friday schedule, 8-4 : 30 with a shared call schedule of 1 : 4 for hospital consults
• Treat office-based gastroenterology patients and scheduled endoscopy days, expect 50 / 50 split
• Hospital has internal medicine residents and medical students - didactic teaching and precepting part of the role
• Create treatment plans, and involve patients and family members in those plans
• Collaborate on improvement in care delivery and service with management, other physicians and staff
