Management of spinal surgeries across cervical, thoracic, and lumbar regions. Support for hemorrhagic and ischemic stroke patients within our Comprehensive Stroke Program . High volume of cervical and spinal surgery patients, alongside medical overflow cases. Utilize the nursing process to deliver and coordinate comprehensive, evidence-based patient care. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, compassionate, and therapeutic care. Apply keen clinical judgment and communication skills to support optimal patient outcomes. Registered Nurse license from the state in which you practice. Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification from the American Heart Association (AHA). Completion of an accredited nursing program. Typically, at least 1 year of clinical nursing experience. Progressively demonstrate holistic patient care with a focus on patient and family engagement. Exhibit flexibility and confidence when responding to unanticipated clinical situations. Possess proficient computer skills, including familiarity with electronic medical records. Utilize excellent verbal and written communication skills to foster positive interactions. Show initiative and build collaborative relationships with patients, team members, and physicians. Demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills. Support delegation and teamwork within your care team. Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, squatting, reaching, and walking throughout shifts. Lift up to 50 lbs. from floor to waist and carry up to 40 lbs. over reasonable distances. Work may involve exposure to chemicals, hazardous waste, and potential infectious diseases; protective gear will be provided as needed. Must possess adequate functional abilities across speech, vision, hearing, and touch for nursing tasks.

Schedule Details :
Night shifts with 8 and 12-hour rotations, including every third weekend and holiday.
Sign-On Bonus : $15,000 for 3rd Shift
