Housekeeper (Contractor)

Salary: $22-$30 per hour

Small family owned, customer service-oriented property management company in Seattle seeks detailed oriented and efficient housekeepers. Must be able to work on Sundays in the summer. This job is expected to be a contract position.

Responsibilities:

• Perform cleans on a timely and efficient basis
• Assigned tasks and cleans to be done to company standards
• Assigned tasks must be done thoroughly, efficiently and effectively.
• Observe all safety rules in accordance with training and company standards.
• Please note that this job can require a significant amount of driving in Seattle.

Education & Qualifications:

• Must have a Business License
• Must have General Liability Insurance
• Must have reliable transportation
• Valid Drivers License and auto insurance
• Ability to complete all assigned jobs by 4 p.m.
• Ability to work on Sundays, particularly in the summer
• Adhere to safety guidelines and policies set forth by the company
• Must be able to pass a drug test

Physical Demands:

• Must be able to frequently perform simple grasping, fine manipulation and repetitive hand and arm movements
• Must be able to bend, squat, crawl, kneel, push, pull and walk on uneven surfaces on an occasional basis
• Must be able to handle the stress of short deadlines and physically exhausting work
• Requires being out of the office and in company properties in hot and cold weather and in heavy local traffic conditions
• Difficult body movements - making bunk beds, futons, sofa beds, and moving heavy furniture
• Must be able to climb stairs both inside and outside and frequently lift up to 40 lbs.
