Telemetry RN Job Details

Job Title : Travel Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) – Progressive Care Unit (PCU)

Location : Cape May Court House, NJ 08210 (New Jersey nursing jobs)

Healthcare Setting : Level 1 Trauma, Progressive Care Unit (PCU)

Assignment Length : 6 weeks

Start Date : August 18, 2025

Shift : Night shift, 36 hours per week, every other weekend required

Estimated Weekly Pay : $1,780 – $1,910

Registered Nurse Qualifications

At least 3 years of recent Telemetry RN experience in a Level 1 Trauma hospital

Active New Jersey Registered Nurse license (RN license NJ)

Current BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association

NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required

Proficiency with EPIC EMR (electronic medical records)

Fully vaccinated for Flu and COVID-19, including at least one booster

Submission of required documents : cover letter, resume, skills checklist, references, and license verification

Telemetry Nurse Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in the Telemetry / PCU unit

Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and vital signs for acute care patients

Float to similar nursing units as needed to provide clinical support

Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Document all care and interventions accurately using EPIC EMR

Maintain patient safety and adhere to hospital protocols while providing compassionate care
