R&D HCP Engagement Manager

A company is looking for an R&D HCP Engagement Center of Excellence Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and execute R&D wide HCP engagement activities and manage key deliverables for the External Engagement Cross Functional Team

Coordinate global advisory boards, steering committees, and HCP engagements at congresses

Develop and maintain Business Continuity Playbooks and contribute to operational process improvements

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Minimum of a bachelor's degree or equivalent

Previous experience in industry or medical affairs operations, logistics, and planning

Experience with tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, Smartsheet, Tableau, and Teams

Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams

Demonstrated ability to drive best practices and operational excellence in a cross-functional environment
