As a Front Desk Security Professional at a commercial real estate location, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and tenants, helping to deter security-related incidents while delivering outstanding customer service. Your presence at the front desk supports a welcoming environment, and you will handle access control, respond to inquiries, and communicate with building management. Pay Rate : $17.00 / Hour

Job Schedule :

DayTime Fri 03 : 00 PM - 11 : 00 PM

What You'll Do :

  • Greet and assist visitors, tenants, and / or employees at the front desk, providing customer service in accordance with site-specific policies.
  • Monitor access to the location, verifying identification and assisting with visitor management procedures.
  • Carry out security-related procedures as directed by Allied Universal and client site guidelines.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
  • Maintain accurate records and logs of activities, incidents, and / or visitor information as required.
  • Communicate professionally with building management, tenants, and / or Allied Universal personnel regarding security-related matters.
  • Support emergency response activities as needed, following instructions from Allied Universal and site management.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
  • Loss prevention experience is preferred.
  • Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • CPR certification is preferred.
  • A guard card or license is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
