FMK is currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our culinary team as Line & Prep Cooks, and we would love to welcome potential candidates to apply.

Line Cook Responsibilities :
- Prepare and cook food items according to FMK's standard recipes and guidelines.
- Ensure the timely delivery and plating of dishes to maintain quality and presentation.
- Assist in the final preparations of dishes before they are sent to the dining area.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
- Uphold quality and sanitation standards in all food preparation and cooking processes.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and front-of-house personnel to ensure a smooth workflow.
- Assist in the inventory management and stock rotation to minimize waste.
