Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. In this long-term position, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to customers while working collaboratively with team members and business partners. This opportunity includes comprehensive on-site training for 7-8 weeks, followed by ongoing work with potential for a transition to permanent placement.

Responsibilities :

• Handle customer inquiries promptly, accurately, and professionally, ensuring their requests are addressed effectively.
• Build strong rapport with customers by providing compassionate and respectful responses that consistently meet their expectations.
• Navigate and utilize multiple systems and applications to research and resolve customer inquiries efficiently.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure quality in every interaction.
• Develop an understanding of personal lines insurance principles and the products offered by the company.
• Collaborate with colleagues and business partners to deliver a positive experience for every customer.
• Adhere to a scheduled 40-hour work week, with flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed.
• Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned to support team goals.
• Complete additional duties and responsibilities as required by the role.
