Pay : Up to $67.88 per hour

Job description :

Start date : 12 / 29 or ASAP

Contract weeks : 13

Years of Experience : : 2 Years as physical therapist

Required Certifications : : BLS &Willing to wait for MN states license but need to be in hand on the start date

Shift Notes : Shift is typically 8am-5pm, Monday-Thursday; Friday 8am-3pm. No call is required, no evenings or weekends required. There is possibility off working alone, if the staff Physical Therapist has a day off.

Charting System : : EPIC

pay breakdown : 5x8 Days

Weekly Gross : $2,715 / wk

Hourly Blended Rate : $67.88 / hr

Taxable Weekly : $600 / wk

Weekly Stipend : $2,115 / wk
