Weekend Warrior Caregiver

We are seeking an In-Home Caregiver to provide compassionate, personalized care to seniors in their homes. This weekend role offers flexible short shifts and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of others while working with a supportive, purpose-driven team.

As an in-home caregiver, you’ll deliver essential support and companionship to your clients, helping them maintain a high quality of life at home. Responsibilities include:

• Assist with personal care (hygiene, mobility, incontinence care, meal prep, etc.)
• Provide light housekeeping and maintain a safe, clean environment
• Execute personalized care plans and track task completion
• Engage with clients socially and emotionally to promote well-being
• Monitor and report any changes in client health or behavior

You are a dependable, compassionate, and empathetic professional with a heart for caregiving. You are proactive, calm under pressure, and dedicated to delivering high-quality service.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of professional caregiving experience
• Alzheimer’s/Dementia experience preferred
• Must have your own vehicle (for client transportation)
• Ability to pass a background check and provide references
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• Strong communication skills and basic tech competency
