A company is looking for a Support Technician to manage customer calls and provide software support.
Key Responsibilities
Answer and process customer calls, providing timely resolutions and optimizing the customer experience
Document customer interactions and manage ongoing issues while educating customers on product use
Support advanced customer issues, draft knowledgebase articles, and create training content
Required Qualifications
Typically 4 or more years of related experience
High School education, vocational training, and / or on-the-job training
Advanced knowledge of HSPS Dental Software(s) or equivalent
Basic knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and networks related to supported software
Bachelor's degree preferred
