The Waukesha County Park System is seeking dedicated, innovative, and genuine individuals to join our top-notch team as a Lead Park Seasonal performing manual labor involving the maintenance, construction and repair of the Exposition Center's facilities and grounds.

As the Lead Park Seasonal, you will play a crucial role in assisting with the preparation for events, as well as the maintenance and repair of buildings and equipment within the Exposition Center complex.

CLASSIFICATION SPECIFICATION

• Previous experience in event coordination and facility and grounds maintenance, construction, and repair.
• Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and protocols.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, based on event schedules.

Example of Duties :

Under supervision, performs work involving the preparation of the Exposition Center complex for events in accordance with lease agreements; performs basic building maintenance & custodial duties; participates in the training and supervision of seasonal staff; and performs other duties as required.
