Pay Range: $50-$55/hr on W2


Job Summary:


We are seeking a proactive and strategic Engineering Program Manager to drive successful adoption and utilization of Cisco technologies, enhancing business outcomes and customer growth for our clients in Australia. The role involves being the primary customer contact, guiding software adoption processes, and leading value realization efforts to secure renewals and expansion. The ideal candidate will leverage their extensive industry experience to remove adoption barriers, facilitate effective onboarding, and strengthen customer partnerships leading to achieving business and technical goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide customers through software adoption, enabling them to accomplish their business and technical objectives.
  • Proactively manage renewal risks, facilitating workshops to review adoption progress and ensure successful onboarding.
  • Build strong relationships with customer partners, understanding their challenges and objectives.
  • Collaborate across teams to solve customer issues promptly and identify use cases driving value.
  • Offer expert guidance on Cisco technologies, ensuring customer success and satisfaction.


Must-Have Skills:

  • 8+ years of experience in customer-facing and success roles within the IT industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with top-tier customers confidently.
  • Proficient in prioritizing, executing tasks with urgency, and strong problem-solving capabilities.


Industry Experience Required:

  • Experience in the technology industry, preferably with a focus on software adoption and customer success programs.
